After the completion of the acquisition, The Masters of Money Family of Companies will have 300 employees and contractors, with annual revenue of approximately $375,000,000.

Masters of Money LLC announced today, that it is acquiring, artificial intelligence automated learning software developer, Artificial Intelligence Universal Incorporated (A.I.U. Incorporated) for $27,100,000.

This is Masters of Money LLC's 4th and largest company acquisition. Masters of Money’s recent company acquisitions list is as follows.

2017: The Money Channel for $1,700,000
2018: Nerdy Black Girls, LLC., for $350,000
2021: Cyber Intelligence, Inc., for $14,600,000
2022: Artificial Intelligence Universal Incorporated for $27,100,000
 

Merger Details

Upon completion of the merger, Masters of Money LLC will have 200 employees and contractors, with annual revenue of approximately $250,000,000.

Masters of Money LLC will be closing A.I.U. Incorporated's office near Langley, Virginia, and moving A.I.U.'s staff into the Masters of Money building, in Bethesda, Maryland.

 "I don't know much about business. A.I.U. Incorporated was my father’s company. My father's (Frank Donovan) death has been hard on our family. I had no plans to run the company. I knew the best option was to sell it to someone who would run the company in a way that would make my father proud. My mother (Patricia Donovan) and I knew that my father admired MJ and his company Masters of Money. MJ and Masters of Money initially offered us $15 million dollars. Our family accepted the offer. At the closing table when we were ready to sign, MJ said- "I can't let you do this. Don't sign the paperwork. The company is worth way more than $15 million dollars. You need to have the company evaluated to find out the true value. Then call me and we can talk." My mother and I thought MJ was up to something, but he wasn't. He was looking out for us. MJ could have bought our company for $15 million dollars, but he felt like he would be cheating a grieving family. We had the company independently evaluated. It was worth $40 million dollars. My mom and I called MJ and told him the company was worth $40 million dollars. MJ said- "Masters of Money can only pay up to $27 million right now and still make the deal work for us. I guess you will have to sell to someone else." My mother and I thought about it. We decided to sell to MJ and Masters of Money because of MJ's honesty and integrity. Masters of Money LLC Announces Acquisition of Cyber Intelligence Inc for $14,600,000

Masters of Money LLC announced today, on the 13th anniversary of the company's founding, that it is acquiring Cyber Intelligence Inc for $14.6 million dollars.

This is Masters of Money LLC's third and largest company acquisition.

Masters of Money's recent company acquisitions: The Money Channel for $1,700,000 (2017), Nerdy Black Girls, LLC., for $350,000 (2018), and Cyber Intelligence, Inc., for $14,600,000 (2021).

Merger Details:

Upon completion of the merger, Masters of Money, LLC., will have 104 employees/contractors, with annual revenue of $117,000,000 (approx).

Masters of Money, LLC., will be selling Cyber Intelligence, Inc.'s building in Baltimore, Maryland, and moving the company and its employees into Masters of Money's office building, located in Bethesda Maryland's central business district, about 35 miles away.

Peter Gil, Founder and CEO of Cyber Intelligence, Inc., will stay on for 2 years, to help facilitate the merger and synergize the 2 companies.

Tarica Patel, the current head of Masters of Money, LLC., will lead the newly combined company.

The merger serves 3 main business purposes for Masters of Money, LLC., and the other companies under the parent company, Foreign Corporation (LTD) AG.'s family of companies.

1. The ability to compete for full mid to large scale contracts.

2. Expansion into the artificial intelligence marketplace.

3. New open source platform testing and security abilities and functions.
