Masters of Money LLC announced today, that it is acquiring, artificial intelligence automated learning software developer, Artificial Intelligence Universal Incorporated (A.I.U. Incorporated) for $27,100,000.

This is Masters of Money LLC's 4th and largest company acquisition. Masters of Money’s recent company acquisitions list is as follows.

Merger Details

Upon completion of the merger, Masters of Money LLC will have 200 employees and contractors, with annual revenue of approximately $250,000,000.

Masters of Money LLC will be closing A.I.U. Incorporated's office near Langley, Virginia, and moving A.I.U.'s staff into the Masters of Money building, in Bethesda, Maryland.

 "I don't know much about business. A.I.U. Incorporated was my father’s company. My father's (Frank Donovan) death has been hard on our family. I had no plans to run the company. I knew the best option was to sell it to someone who would run the company in a way that would make my father proud. My mother (Patricia Donovan) and I knew that my father admired MJ and his company Masters of Money. MJ and Masters of Money initially offered us $15 million dollars. Our family accepted the offer. At the closing table when we were ready to sign, MJ said- "I can't let you do this. Don't sign the paperwork. The company is worth way more than $15 million dollars. You need to have the company evaluated to find out the true value. Then call me and we can talk." My mother and I thought MJ was up to something, but he wasn't. He was looking out for us. MJ could have bought our company for $15 million dollars, but he felt like he would be cheating a grieving family. We had the company independently evaluated. It was worth $40 million dollars. My mom and I called MJ and told him the company was worth $40 million dollars. MJ said- "Masters of Money can only pay up to $27 million right now and still make the deal work for us. Masters of Money LLC: An Idea That Grew Into A Business

Masters of Money was an idea I had about 10 years ago, that turned into a business.

I had a lot of contacts who were wealthy, experts in their field, successful, etc, and I wanted to share the incredible knowledge and information I was learning from them, with other people, so that they could benefit from the knowledge/information, as well.

So I started sharing the knowledge/information I learned/was learning, and the company following grew quickly. Over time, the company started offering services, like logo creation, marketing, content creation, etc.

My side project at the time, Masters of Money, turned into a successful business. Now we have 54 employees/contractors, and have revenue of about $35,000,000 a year.

Since the company's official launch, in May of 2016, until now, Masters of Money and "MJ The Terrible", have also grown a social media following of approximately 12,000,000 people.

1. Limit mistakes. Instead of saying or doing the wrong thing, think first and then execute.

2. Make success a must. If you must do something, then you will think of a way to do it, nomatter what. 

3. Refuse to be outworked. Go early and stay late when you need to. 

4. Use proven strategies for success. Proven strategies come with proven odds for success. 

One of the fastest and most effective ways to succeed in life and in business, is to duplicate, not innovate. 

If their is a proven/high odds for success strategy that you can follow to get started or improve your results, to achieve success quicker and easier then what you are currently doing, do it! 

Proven formulas are called proven for a reason- They work! One of my favorite sayings is- “You can either be right or you can get paid.” Being right can be very expensive. Getting paid is very enjoyable.

By working smarter, not harder, you are more likely to achieve the success you want, and you are also more likely to achieve the success you want faster.

5. Learn from the people that are at where you want to be at in the future. 

6. Master the basics. Many of lifes and businesses most important moments, come down to the basic fundamentals. 

7. Improve your skill level whenever possible. Practice CANEI: Constant and never ending improvement 

8. Learn from your mistakes. We all make mistakes, but if we can learn from our mistakes, then we are turning negatives into positives. 

9. Focus. Having a single minded focus. Focusing on what you want day in and day out, keeps you moving in the direction of what you want. Anything worth doing, is worth focusing the majority of your time on. 

When you throw yourself completely into what you are doing, you are much more likely to experience a positive outcome. 

10. Communicate effectively. Try to keep all of your communication simple and to the point. Clear and concise communication, is more effective communication. 

11. Be open to change. Change is coming whether we like it or not, so get used to it, and see the possibilities, versus resisting it, and only seeing the negatives.
